Love my sixthreezero bike. Have enjoyed using the three speeds to traverse the florida "mountains."

Love my 3 speed EVRYjourney bike! I ride mainly on flat/paved roads at the shore so 3 speed is perfect. The EVRYjourney has a slight step through frame which makes getting on and off very easy. Our neighbors are jealous of my new bike! I did a pre-order. It came about a month after the estimated delivery date. Not too bad.

This was my second purchase through sixthreezero (went from single speed to 7-speed) and absolutely love both bikes. Took my last bike on a cruise and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. Received compliments on the style and matte look. It’s light weight and easy to adjust the speed as I’m riding. It was worth the price.

This is a beautiful and clearly well crafted bike. My only critique stems from the extreme length of time I waited for the bike and lack of communication during my wait time. Bike ordered in July 2020, Delivered in March 2021. Ship date kept getting pushed back month by month. Now that I have the bike, I am very happy. Assembly was a breeze. I can't wait to ride around all summer!

Love my Pave and Trail bike. It's a nice in-between for me from my mountain bike and beach cruiser. The company was very responsive with communications and we assembled the bike quickly (well my neighbor did lol).
Great company, I highly recommend.

So happy with this bike! I got the single speed cruiser in coral. The color is so vibrant and pretty. Bike quality is really good (exceeded my expectations for the price point). Rides very smoothly. Love it!

We purchased a pair of bikes from Sixthreezero in July of 2020 after relocating to Florida - The good news is that the bikes are outstanding in quality. Our Around the Block Men's and Women's bike have both logged well over 500 miles and are exactly what we needed for the Florida weather. They handle exceptionally on the street and beachfront sand.
The Customer service, for SixThreeZero, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. The complete lack of response and inability to have any answers left a lot to be desired. The representatives felt like they had a lax attitude towards any requests or inquiries at best.
Now that the shipping situation has calmed down, I can recommend the product with the utmost certainty you will find joy in its sturdiness and form.

I love my sixthreezero bike! My husband surprised me with the bike as a birthday gift. I got the one with 21 speeds since we live in a hilly area, but then when we are down the shore, it is perfect for cruising! The seafoam color is perfect! I added a front and back basket, which make this the cutest bike!
The local bike shop had to adjust my brakes to eliminate squeaking, this was our only issue.

I love, love, love my sixthreezero bike (Body Ease model). The company experienced some growing pains during the pandemic. I didn't agree with their policy to charge my credit card at the time of purchase instead of when the bike was shipped (three months later). And the one time I contacted customer service with a question on one of the bike's features, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. All in all, though, the quality of the bike outweighs my minor complaints. So much so that I'm thinking of purchasing a second bike!

I love my bike! It's beautiful, high quality, and comfortable to ride. I took off one star, only because the experience with ordering during the COVID pandemic was very frustrating. I was given a 3 month expected shipping time when I pre-ordered my bike. The 3 months came and went, still no bike. I was given a new date- another month out, only to have that date come and go, still no bike. I was given a third date, which finally was the right window of time when my bike arrived. There was a total of 4 months between my order and when I actually received my bike. I got in touch with the company and they were friendly and apologetic. They provided me with a partial refund for my troubles. I got my bike professionally assembled, so I can't speak to the ease of customer assembly.

Lovely bike and good customer service.

Order date was September 17, 2020. First shipment date was November 25, 2020. No notification from the company whatsoever so I have to contact them. I was given a second shipment date of December 27, 2020. Guess what?No bike and No notification. Which let me say, doesn't that just increase frustration with customers unnecessarily? So they give me A THIRD SHIPMENT DATE of April 2021. I told him to fck off and give me my money back. I also find it utterly disgusting that this company can't send bikes out but are still heavily promoting their products on social media. You are fraudulent and I hope your greed and inability to follow through puts you under. You are a scam and should have all business licenses taken away. Shame on you.
